If you’re a leader or emerging leader,
or if you’re an HR professional, or in a team needing to change…

this compelling 2-hour workshop is essential

An accelerated learning workshop constructed by Stuart Hayes and consistently rated 9.5/10 or higher by The CEO Institute

Between 1998 and 2012, Stuart Hayes was parachuted to rescue ailing businesses in Asia, Australia and the UK, and for clients as diverse as multinationals, a royal family and private enterprises of all shapes and sizes. In all these situations, the backdrop to Stuart’s appointment as CEO was that several predecessors had failed, change was needed and the alternative was dire.

In this compelling, introductory workshop, consistently rated higher than 9.5/10 by audiences around Australia, specialist change leader and business coach Stuart Hayes will guide you to practically identify strategies you can introduce into your workplace so you leave equipped and ready to make a difference at the workshop’s conclusion: irrespective of your role or business situation.

I was amazed how rapidly we learned some really important things in this workshop. The degree and speed you encourage learning is really quite different… and the amount of permanent learning is something I don’t see very often.”
Neville Christie, CEO Institute Syndicate Chairman
